Download speed problem with MagentaHome XXL

My subscription is Telekom fiber MagentaHome XXL. I expect to have 500 Mbps download. But when I test the speed with Telekom speedtester it never goes beyond 100 Mbps. I am now download something (ubuntu) and download speed is about 10 MB/s.
I am using asus RT-AX59U router.
Could anyone help me?

im almost sure , that there is a lan-cable or switch connected only capable to serve 100 Mbit/s

It shouldn't be the case, because in the first months that I bought the router, I was checking the speed and It was almost 500 Mbit. I don't know what has happened.

Hi @Belana M. , actually I realized the problem with Xbox. In other devices, when I check the speed, it is the same.

Hi @FarshadFalaki,
that shouldn’t be the case. The booked fiber bandwidth should be fully available to you.
Is everything set up correctly in your router? Are you using a LAN cable that supports 500 Mbit speeds, or did you run the speed test over Wi-Fi?

Thanks @Jonas W. that test was over WiFi, but I also checked with LAN, it is the same.
About router config, when I purchased and made the config, it was working fine and I had almost 500 Mbit. So I didn't check anymore. In recent months I bought a Xbox device and while downloading games I realized the speed is not good, while I have no problem while using youtube or google meet. Probably they don't use that much bandwidth.

Replace the LAN-Cable between Modem and Router.

Seems to be a broken Ethernet Cable.
Auto-Negotiation measures your cable quality and decide which Speed to use 10/100/1000/2500/10000 Mbit/s depends on your devices max speed.
Solution: As other already told you, replace your curent Ethernet cable with at least Cat.6 Ethernet cable.
If cable replacement didn't work. You maybe check your Router Asus RT-AX59U if it has a power-saving feature for its Ethernet Ports and which cap your Speed to 100 Mbit/s. Please verify your Router Device config for such parameters. Maybe WAN Port Speed could be configured too. I do not know your Router config, but you can consult your routers manual.

Thank you @Philona-Faun , Cable replacement fixed the issue.
I am very happy that this community help people to fix the issue. Actually I realized this problem some couple of months ago, but language barrier was pushing back to call the hotline.
