Das DSL-Internet ist plötzlich nicht mehr stabil. Es funktionierte gut, dann brach das Internet ab und das Link-Licht am Router bleibt für einige Sekunden und geht dann aus

    Hallo @Arjun_Ajay 

    unter folgendem Link kannst du deine Leitung vorprüfen und ggf. eine Störung melden. Geht auch aus dem Mobilfunknetz.

    Alternativ die Hotline 0800 330 1000 Stichwort „Störung“ anrufen.

    Es gibt auch noch die Möglichkeit die Störung über die „Mein Magenta App“ zu melden. Falls du die App nicht auf deinem Smartphone hast, findest du sie im App bzw. Playstore deines Smartphones.

    Good evening @Arjun_Ajay und thank you for the nice call. I'm really really sorry, that you weren't informed, that the appointment was changed.     Today is the second time in last 3 days where I had to stay home for the technician and even today nobody hadn't called me or come to my address so far.

    I took a look at the technician's notes. According to this, there was a fault in the distribution box. This could be solved by a port reconfiguration. Please observe whether the disruption continues. 🙏🏽

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
