Contract/Account Issues

I recently started a contract with Telekom for Internet service. I have two issues I need help with and would like to speak to someone in English.

 

1. I am being double charged. When I signed up for a new account I received three routers in the mail. The technician was confused but very helpful. He called headquarters and told me that one of the accounts linked to one of the routers was showing as cancelled. He would connect one of the remaining routers and then I should return the other two in the mail. I thought it was taken care of, however because of my second issue (see below) I was unable to access my invoices online and see details. I recently got an invoice in the mail and I am being charged for two accounts, even though I only have on router and only agreed to/signed for one contract.

 

2. I cannot access invoices or other "account holder" information with my login. When I login it says I don't have access to this info as I am just a user but I have no other login information and I when I try to create a new login, it says there is already an account holder login and gives me the information I use to login that doesn't allow me access.
