Dear Sir or Madame,
I hope this email finds you well.
Since February I moved from my previous flat and cancelled my account, but I still receive the debit from Telekom on my bank account. I'd like to know what's the status of my Telekom account, whether it has been closed or if additional documents/actions are needed from my side, and whether/where I need to return the router.
