Contract cancellation

Hello There,
I have cancelled my Internet contract while I am leaving Germany in December. I don’t know what the reason, Telekom is still deducting the amount from my bank account. I have returned my devices in the near by Telekom shop.
Currently I came back to india, and I am not able to contact anybody from Telekom to know the status of my contract termination. Could anyone please help me in resolving this...

Yes, I got a confirmation. It states the contract terminates from 1st April 2019. But still I got an invoice for the month of April.

That's perfectly normal. Later there will be a refund for the April invoice.

That's perfectly normal. Later there will be a refund for the April invoice.

not automatically. But we can start the transfer of the refund manually and write down the new bank account.
Or do you have the opportunity to reverse the last debit? This would be the easiest way. Then I'll make sure that there will be no demand note. And when the refund is there, I can charge the open invoice against it.

I have been trying to cancel my mobile contract without success. I no longer live in Germany. Abmeldet in September. My old number was ********************

It is actually very easy to terminate the contract when moving abroad.

I had a closer look. Everything is okay: The contract is cancelled to April 1st, 2019. With the next bill you will get a refund.
