Change technician appointment date

Yesterday, I just switched my internet to MagentaZuhause M. The switch was supposed to be done without my present at home. After the switch, the technician wanted to check the Hausanschluss since the download speed I got was around 40 Mbit/s only; however, I didn't have the key to the room which Hausanschluss located in. For this reason, the technician offered me a new appointment on 03.03.2022 at 12:00. After contacted my Hausmeister, I cannot get the key for that room for that day so I would like to change my appointment to 04.03.2022 instead.

 

How can you change my appointment date?
