You need to use the "Widerruf" - you should have received an according information, also what needs to be included.
You can do that online - if the contract was without smartphone then you can use this link

If you mean that you have a contract and you have received a nice phone number within the frame of this contract - and you want to cancel the contract in the frame of a "Widerruf" - then I am afraid that this will probably not work.
