Hi, I made a Magenta Einz contract at a vendor's shop on 19th of February, but I want to cancel it as the right of withdrawal lets me to do that as a customer for a 14 days of period. I went to a T-com shop, they said, I can do it only in that vendor's shop where I contracted. I called the  customer service hotline, they told me the same. But when I go into the vendor's shop, and they try to quit my contract, their Telecom contact (on their vendor's hotline) say no, I cannot withdraw my contract. So what to do now? It seems to be the deliberate waste of my time, just to push me to run out of my 14 day withdrawal period. Could someone please help me?
