Hello There,

I moved recently to Germany. When I requested internet, only the 16Mbps tariff was available in my area. Now the 100 Mbps is available and I requested it however the change is going to take place only in August 28th. I already have a capable router, a Speedport Smart 3 S so I don't understand why the bandwidth change needs to take so long. Is there a way to speed up the change? My concern is that 16 Mbps is not enough to work from home and I cannot really go to the office right now.
