Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).

Ich frage mich nun wirklich, weshalb Entertain-Kunden seit Jahren auf die Mediathek von ARD warten müssen. Die Telekom als solch ein großes Unternehmen muss diesen Kundenwunsch bezüglich eines "öffentlichen Senders" umsetzen können. Ich weiß, dass man Entertain nicht mit einen Hbb-TV vergleichen kann, aber mit ZDF geht es doch auch....

Tja, da macht man lieber Werbung für den Internet Turbo oder ferngesteuerte Haustechnik. Das funktioniert dann auch nur halbherzig. Die Kunden hat man ja dann schon gefangen.

aktuell kann ich noch keinen Termin nennen, zu wann die ARD Mediathek über Entertain nutzbar sein wird. Ich versichere Ihnen, dass wir alles daran setzen ,dass dies nicht mehr lange dauern wird.
@ Joerg58, was genau funktioniert bei Ihnen nicht korrekt? Ich bin sicher, dass wir das hinbekommen.

Hallo Jürgen,
da machst Du uns aber leider falsche Hoffnungen!
Unter dem link lande ich auf der "Wechel zu entertainment plus" - Anzeige,
wo ich dann nach einigen Klicks lese, dass ich nur dort nach kostenpflichtigem Wechsel die ARD-Mediathek nutzen kann.
Dies kostet dann ca.15.-€ mehr.
Traurig, das Ganze.

Hallo @maybach_8,
die ARD-Mediathek wird es für das Entertain nicht geben. Dies hat folgenden Hintergrund. Es ist technisch sehr aufwendig dies bei einem bereits bestehenden Produkt, bzw. Gerät nachträglich einzubringen.
Daher hat man bei der Planung des neuen Entertain TV Plus dies gleich mit berücksichtigt und dieses Feature von vornherein mit eingebunden.
Es tut mir leid, dass ich keine anderen Informationen liefern kann.
