Anschlussgebühr für MagentaZuhause trotz zurückliegendem MegentaEINS Beta?

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe keine passende Antwort zu meiner Frage gefunden. Bis 09/2021 hatte ich MagentaEINS Beta in der Wohnung. Es bestand kein fortführender Anschlussvertrag, da wegen langer Renovierung einige Zeit kein Internet benötigt wurde.

Jetzt habe ich MagentaZuhause gebucht und frage mich, ob die 70€ Anschlussgebühr fällig werden oder nicht, da ich zwischenzeitlich bei keinem anderen Anbieter war und die TAE ja bereits im MagentaEINS Beta in Benutzung war.

Zeite Frage: Wo kann ich die Email-Adresse ändern, die check24 an die Telekom für den MagentaZuhause weitergeleitet hat? Ich möchte für den MagentaZuhause eine andere Email verwenden, als für check24 und auch den MagentaZuhause unter dem bisherigen Konto wie den damaligen MagentaEINS Beta wiederfinden.

    vielen Dank für das nette Gespräch :).

     

    Wie am Telefon besprochen, entfallen die Bereitstellungskosten nicht, da das eine neue Bereitstellung ist.

     

    Die E-Mail habe ich im System wie besprochen geändert.

     

    Vielen Dank an alle, die bereits die richtige Lösung geschrieben haben.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
