Accidental glass fiber order

Hello, 

I have had some trouble communicating on the phone with the customer service and ended up ordering a glass fiber contract which I found out later I do not need and it cannot be installed at my house. 

On speaking with an English speaking representative, I was able to get a new DSL contract but I do not know now if the glass fiber contract has been cancelled or not. 

My glass fiber order number(that I want to cancel)- Order number <entfernt>

My DSL customer number(the contract I want to keep) - <entfernt>

Please let me know what is the status of the contracts and how I can cancel the glass fiber one. Thank you!
