About the termination of the contract

Hello, 

on 13th October, the telecom salesmen have come on the apartment door and sold me a 300 Mbits/s glasfibre contract and I have still not received the "Eingangsbestätigung" and I do not want to continue. I want to terminate my contract with telecome.

I have also send an email regarding the termination to widerruf@telekom.de and then I have received an automatic no reply email answer that it cannot be done since they are asking for customer and application number which I do not have. 

Could you please help me in that regard?

      Thank you for answering. I have read that complete case, but in that case the customer already had customer number and application number. I have none of those. So, I could not fill that form completely, as these fields were mandatory fields. But still thanks very much.

      Hello @Gelöschter Nutzer I would have been happy if you had decided to sign a contract with us. If you have already sent a cancellation, you did everything right.

      Yes, that actually sounds good and clean way of solving the issue.
