5G Hybrid Empfang sehr verschlechtert

Wir haben seit Anfang dieses Monats einen 5G Hybrid L Anschluss zusätzlich zu unserer DSL 50 Leitung,

die ersten zwei Wochen war alles in Ordnung, wir hatten im Download 150-160 und in Upload  55-60,

jetzt allerdings sind wir bei max. 50 Down und 30-40 Upload,  der Ping ist ebenfalls von Anfangs 10-15ms  auf 35 und höher gestiegen

Speedport Smart 4 B ebenso den 5G Empfänger, mehrfach neu gestartet, keine Verbesserung.

Alle Led‘s am Empfänger sind grün, wenn ich den Empfänger vom Speedport trenne, komme ich wieder auf meine Ursprüngliche DSL Leistung von 45-50 Down und  20 Upload.

Der 5G Empfänger liefert ohne DSL ca. 40-50 im Download und  50 im Upload

Es scheint so, als wenn die Leistung gedrosselt wäre und das 5G einfach nicht dazu geschaltet wird 

Was kann das sein?

    Der Techniker war da, es war eine defekte Telefondose, dazu kam noch ein loses Kabel in der Hausverteilung

    Alles funktioniert wieder einwandfrei, allerdings hat sich der 5G Empfänger wieder auf das 2100MHz eingebucht

    super, das freut mich, dass der Anschluss wieder läuft!

    Der Router bzw. Empfänger sucht sich immer die aktuell beste Funkzelle aus. Es kann gut sein, dass die 2100er momentan einfach besser ist.
