Zwei Feedback SMS zum identischen Anliegen? Ich hatte etwas reklamiert. Einmal normale Hotline und später Direktvermakter-Hotline. Eine SMS kam sehr zügig, die 2. SMS vorhin. Kann so etwas vorkommen, da es 2 Abteilungen sind?
