Hallo,

seit ca. einer Woche kann sich meine Frau nicht mehr in ihren Email Account einloggen, der Benutzername und/oder das Passwort sei in Hände dritter geraten. Die Antwort auf ihre Sicherheitsfrage weiß sie auch nicht mehr, da dieser Account schon lange existiert.

Der Account wird dringend benötigt, weil dort Rechnung etc hinterlegt sind.
