Zyxel Switch für MagentaTV

Hallo liebe Community,

brauche eine kurze knackige Antwort, nachdem ich nach diversen Foreneinträgen verstanden habe, dass aus raketentechnischen Gründen (bin kein Techi...) der MR401 mit Magenta TV nicht mit jedem Switch funktioniert. Frage daher: funktioniert es mit dem  Zyxel 8-Port Gigabit Managed Switch (GS 1200-8). Davor würde dann eine Fritzbox 7590 MU hängen. Dahinter neben dem MR401 noch ne PS4, ein NAS und die Flimmerkiste.

Ich verzweifel an den vielen Details die es zu dem Thema gibt und wenn ich mir den ein oder anderen Kommentar u.a. in Amazon dazu anschaue, was man so alles konfigurieren kann/soll/muss bevor das Ganze funktioniert, denke ich spontan an ein Zweitstudium vor der Kaufentscheidung...😳

Wäre also mega dankbar für eine verständliche Hilfestellung, die mich unterstützt mein derzeit quer durch das Wohnzimmer gelegte Lan-Stolperfalken-Kabel zwecks Direktverbindung zwischen MR401 und Fritzbox wieder zu demontieren...👍

    hast du den Switch schon im Einsatz oder denkst du über die Anschaffung nach? Wenn Anschaffung, dann ehere ein Gerät von der Kompatibilitäts-Liste, es sei denn der Zyxel hat eine Eigenscaft auf die du besonders Wert legst. Wenn schon im Einsatz, was steht einem Test entgegen?

     

    Laut Technischen Werten im Datenblatt sollte der Switch funktionieren.

Den Thread kannte ich schon, aber habe mich bei den vielen Verweisen und Listen darin verloren und mich mit meiner Frage zum genannten Switch nicht wiedergefunden - schließe aber auch nicht aus, dass ich was übersehen habe. Kannst Du einschätzen Ober der Zyxel-Switch in der genannten Konstellation funktionieren wird/würde?
