Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).

Habe nichts gefunden wo man die Zeit in der App einstellen kann.
Guten Tag,
In der Magenta TV App auf unseren LG TV stimmt die Zeit nicht. Es ist gerade 16:35, und in der App wird 11:58 Uhr angezeigt. D.h. die Programmübersicht hängt immer Stunden hinterher. Habe nichts gefunden wo man die Zeit in der App einstellen kann.

Hast du mal geschaut ob im TV-Gerät selber ggfs eine falsche Zeit oder ein falscher Zeitserver hinterlegt ist? Ggfs mal in den Systemeinstellungen des Gerätes nachschauen.

Die Zeit im TV ist korrekt.
Heute Morgen war in der Programmübersicht wieder die richtige Zeit...
Ab und zu spinnt die App. Keine Ahnung...

Hey @Rayan62, das klingt wirklich kurios!
Aus dem Stehgreif bin ich mir gar nicht sicher, woher die Uhrzeit gezogen wird. Ist die Uhrzeit und Zeitzone denn in den Einstellungen des LG korrekt, also außerhalb der App? Hat dein TV die neuste Software installiert? 🤔

Heute war wieder alles in Ordnung. Hab nicht rausgefunden woran das liegt. Ist schon 2 oder 3 mal vorgekommen.
Ist somit erledigt.

ich möchte mich gerne an das Thema dranhängen. Bei mir das gleiche Problem. Epg-Zeit ist ca.13 min voraus. Alle Apps und Firmware sind aktuell. Samsung TV. Danke im Voraus. Liebe Grüße Klaus

hast du das Phänomen nur auf der MagentaTV-App am Fernseher? Auf dem Smartphone / Tablet funktioniert es?
