WOW nur noch ein Stream

Habe die Magenta Sport- Option mit WOW Sport und DAZN gebucht.

Seit ein paar Tagen kann ich über die WOW- App nur noch einen Stream gleichzeitig empfangen.

Jemand eine Idee, woran das liegen könnte?

Angemeldet sind zwei  TV, iPhone, iPad und ein TV.
