Umstieg von MagentaTV Plus auf MagentaTV Smart

Habe noch den alten MagentaTV Plus Tarif und wollte einen Tarifwechsel auf MagentaTV Smart durchführen.

Wie kann es sein, dass Neukunden 6 Monate geschenkt bekommen und mir dies nicht angeboten wird.

Auch wird mir die MagentaTV One (2. Generation) nicht 9 Monate kostenlos angeboten.

Muss ich jetzt erst kündigen?
