TV - Hänger nach Software - Update für Magenta TV - Box

Hallo!

 

Seit dem letzten Firmware - Update für die Magenta TV - Box (und Box Play) muss ich ein Mal täglich meinen Router (Speedport Smart 3 mit neuester Software) neu starten weil das Fernsehen Ton - Aussetzer und Bildhänger und Abbrüche hat. 

 

SD - Sender laufen einwandfrei, aber sobald man HD - oder UHD - Sender schaut tritt der Fehler auf. Tritt dieser Fehler bei mehr Nutzern der Magenta TV - Box / Box Play auf oder bin ich der Einzige mit diesem Problem?

 

Habe einen L - Anschluss. Es kommen knapp 100 MB am Router an und es laufen, wenn der Fehler auftritt, auch nicht Aufnahmen, die Bandbreite saugen würden.

    Hallo @DreamerGiessen ,

    ich würde die Sessions auf den Telekom-Servern erneuern, evt steckt da was fest. Dazu ist es erforderlich, die Geräte stromlos zu schalten.

     

    Ich würde

    - MagentaTV Box Play runterfahren, Stecker ziehen

    - MagentaTV Box runterfahren, Stecker ziehen

    - Router runterfahren, Stecker ziehen

    - elend lange 20 Minuten warten

    - Router starten und warten bis voll gestartet

    - MagentaTV Box einstecken und erstmal warten, bis WLAN-Zeichen grün, also Mesh läuft, dann noch ca 5 Minuten warten

    - dann gleiches mit der MagentaTV Box Play

     

    Wenn erträglich, würde ich erstmal 1-2 Tage auch ohne die MagentaTV Box Play probieren.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
