Sky funktioniert nicht mehr

Hallo, seit der Tarifumstellung funktioniert Sky nicht mehr. Auf dem noch angeschlossenen Reciver funktioniert es ohne Probleme. Bei der Magenta App funktioniert es nicht! Was tun?
