Hallo, ich kann mich seit gut 3 Wochen nicht mehr auf Sky über Entertain anmelden. Ich habe ein Abo abgeschlossen und an Sky gewandt. SKY teilte mir mit dass ich mich an Entertain wenden muss.

Bis vor ein paar Wochen ging es und dann auf einmal nicht mehr.
