Samsung TV über Magenta TV One Fernbedienung ein und ausschalten

Hallo zusammen, ich bin so langsam am Ende mit meinem Latein! 

Wir haben seid Freitag die Magenta Tv One Box und leider bekomme ich den TV nicht mehr an und ausgeschaltet mit der Magenta Fernbedienung, sondern muss die von dem Tv nehmen. Mit der alten Magenta Box funktionierte alles einwandfrei! Ganz zu schweigen das meine Teufel Box sich auch nicht mehr steuern lässt, bzw nicht mehr an geht, ich muss jetzt immer erst den Strom von der Teufel Box nehmen und dann funktioniert sie. Kann mir jemand helfen?

    HDMI-CEC auch in der TV One aktiv? Alle Schiebeschalter im Gerätemenü nach rechts.

    Also bei mir schaltet die One brav den Samsung-Fernseher über HDMI-CEC ein und auch aus.

    Wie ist denn welche Teufel-Soundbar genau mit dem Fernseher verbunden?

    Ich kann das nicht verstehen warum der tv nicht mit an bzw aus geht... 

     

    Die Teufel Duett ist an dem eARC angeschlossen. Bis Donnerstag war eine älter magenta Box angeschlossen und es lief einwandfrei!  LG

    bitte setze die Box einmal auf Werkseinstellungen zurück und teste es dann erneut.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
