Wie finde ich heraus, welches MagentaTV ich nutze?

Rtl Now über Magenta TV Sendungen ab 16 starten nicht

Hallo zusammen,

ich hoffe jemand hat mir einen Tipp: Ich habe TV now über Magenta TV gebucht. Receiver ist der 401. Nun zu meinem Problem über die App des Receivers starten alle Sendungen bis 16, ab 16 starten sie nicht. Ja, ich bin über 18, der Receiver ist auch freigeschalten und auf der Webseite von TV Now ist auch das Alter freigegeben.  

Wenn ich mich am PC oder Handy einlogge laufen auch die Sendungen ab 16.

    Moin zusammen, 
    der Link ist leider nicht mehr verfügbar. Gibt es eine Lösung? Ich kann keinen ü16 Inhalt auf dem SmartTV abrufen (RTL+).

    Hallo @Christian3385 der Beitrag ist auch schon recht alt und das Problem gibt es so auch nicht  mehr, daher ist der Link nicht mehr gültig. D.h. Du hast keinen Benutzer PIN erhalten oder noch nicht eingerichtet?Hier findest Du alle relevanten Infos dazu.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
