Wie finde ich heraus, welches MagentaTV ich nutze?

Rechnungen für MagentaTV haben das falsche Mime Type Format

Moin,

 

ich speichere alle meine Dokumente in einem Dokumenten Managment System.

Leider Sind die Rechnungen der Telekom für Magenta TV zwar mit der Dateiendung .pdf, sie lassen sich auch im PDF Viewer öffnen, aber leider hat die Datei selber das Falsche Mime Type Format und somit lässt sich diese Datei nicht mit dem DMS verarbeiten.

Könnt Ihr dies bitte korrigieren?

    Da ich etliche Rechnungsquellen habe, lasse ich die vor dem DMS immer über SynOCR laufen, da haben sie dann alle das gleiche Format.

    Mein DMS macht schon selber ein gutes OCR und nur weil eine Firma fehlerhafte Dokumente verschickt, sehe ich nicht ein, mir hier noch eine weitere Lösung einzubauen.

     

    Auf den ersten Blick scheint es SynOCR nur für Synology zu geben

    Wieso sollte die Telekom dein DMS fixen? 

    Die Software kommt sicher nicht von der Telekom.

    Die PDF Dateien sind Fehlerhaft! Nicht das DMS.

    In den PDF Dateien ist ein Fälscher Mime Type hinterlegt. 

     

    Wieso soll ich bei mir die Fehler der Telekom fixen, wäre die korrekte Frage!

    Dateien enthalten per se keinen MIME-Typ.

    Fehlerhaft vielleicht nicht, aber MIME-Sniffing -> Internet Media Type – Wikipedia nach Dateityp sollte es eigentlich können.

     

    Und so ganz falsch schaut das zumindest in meiner Rechnungs-Mail auch nicht aus:

     

    Bild nicht vorhanden

    Man könnte auch application/pdf nehmen, klar, aber das sollte schon funktionieren so.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
