Probleme mit Disney Plus Abo nach Tarifwechsel

Hallo zusammen.

Seit gestern habe ich den Tarif Magenta Zuhause L- Magenta TV Entertain mit Disney Plus und TV Now Premium inklusive.

Seitdem habe ich aber keinen Zugriff auf Disney Plus und dort steht ich hätte kein Abo abgeschlossen. Was kann ich denn da tun?
