Hallo,

ich habe heute den MR401 neu bekommen und angeschlossen (LAN direkt an Router). Es funktioniert alles, ausser Prime Video. Wenn die App gestartet wird, stürzt der Mr ab und ich bekomme die Fehlermeldung "Kein Signal".

Netflix, YouTube, etc funktionieren ohne Probleme.

Was kann ich tun?
