Orbi RBK50 mit Magenta TV

Liebe Community,

folgendes Problem:

MagentaTV funktioniert bei mir nur für 2-3 Minuten, dann kommt die Meldung: "Wiedergabe nicht möglich" und das Bild bleibt stehen. Wenn man den Sender wechselt, geht es sofort weiter. Wenn man über Replay die Sendung schaut, gibt es keine Probleme, nur übers Live TV. 

 

Mein Setup:

  • Telekom Glasfaser Modem -> Orbi RBK50 -> MagentaTV Box (alle Verbindungen über CAT7 Kabel, Verbindung Orbi -> MagentaTV wahlweise auch über WLAN, WLAN Symbol leuchtet dann Grün (gute Verbindung))
  • VLAN auf 7
  • IGMPv3 aktiviert

Was ich schon probiert habe:

  • Werksreset von Orbi und MagentaTV
  • Firmwareupdate Orbi (V2.7.4.24) und MagentaTV
  • Starten von MagentaTV Box ohne andere Clients im Orbi Netzwerk
  • Anpassen der MTU Größe
  • Messen der Geschwindigkeit am MagentaTV Netzwerkkabel bringt volle Geschwindigkeit des Internetanschlusses (250Mbit)

Hat jemand eine ähnliches Setup laufen und es funktioniert? Hat jemand Ideen was ich noch probieren könnte?

    Bitte präzisiere, wie der Menüpunkt genau heißt, den du da aktiviert hast.

    Ich las in Beiträgen aus 2018, dass die Geräte kein IGMP-Snooping unterstützen. Das wäre nicht schön.

    Hallo @dskvml 

    gibt es bei WAN Konfiguration die Option IGMP Proxy und Version V3, dann bitte beides aktivieren.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
