Nutzungsrechte abgelaufen

Hallo zusammen.  In der MagentaTV App bekomme ich leider die Fehlermeldungen,dass Nutzungsrechte für den jeweiligen Inhalt abgelaufenen sind. Diese Meldung erscheint immer auf meinem Google Pixel C Tablet aber nicht auf meinem LG Handy. Hab alles schon versucht, Neuinstallation, Cache gelöscht,Android Ordner gelöscht,....nichts hilft. Alle anderen Streamingdienste wie Prime,Netflix,Disney funktionieren tadellos. Gibts da eine Lösung für?

    Was ist denn der "Inhalt", Cloud-Aufnahmen, Live TV, wenn ja alle Sender?

    Vermutlich hat das Gerät kein ausreichende Widevine-Level mehr. Siehe etwa > How to check if your Android device supports Widevine DRM (xda-developers.com)

    Liegt also am Kopierschutz,ok danke für den Hinweis. Gleiche Hardware wie im NVIDIA Shield und Nintendo Switch aber für die MagentaApp nicht sicher genug und ich wollte eh nur die öffentlich rechtlichen damit schauen, gibts ja nicht.

    hat es sich denn bestätigt, dass das Gerät die Voraussetzung nicht erfüllt? 

     

    Wenn Sie möchten, kann ich auch noch einmal in der Fachabteilung nachfragen, ob Einschränkungen bei der Nutzung dieses Gerätes bekannt sind. Welche Android-Version hat Ihr Google Pixel C Tablet?

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
