Neu einloggen Magenta TV App

Auch ich muss mich fast täglich bei Magenta TV (nur über TV App, nicht über Fire Stick) neu einloggen, obwohl das Häkchen bei "eingeloggt bleiben" gesetzt ist. Ich bin so genervt, dass ich Magenta TV am liebsten kündigen möchte. 

Wenn man den Fernseher ausschaltet, kommt man bei erneutem einschalten nicht automatisch auf das Programm, welches beim ausschalten lief - auch sehr nervig! Jedes Mal muss man sich wieder auf das gesuchte Programm neu durchklicken.

    Mehr als nervig, grade weil du ja einfach nur Fernsehen genießen möchtest und das im (positiven Sinne) gedankenlos.

    Bild nicht vorhanden

      Bei TV Geräten von Samsung ist bekannt, dass dort die Logindaten manchmal nicht dauerhaft gespeichert werden. Hast du einen TV von Samsung?

     

    Es gibt einen Umgehungsweg, den du gerne probieren kannst. Wichtig ist, den TV nicht bei laufender Sendung innerhalb der App zu beenden, sondern erst das laufenden Programm und dann die App. Wenn du wieder auf der Startseite des TV bist, kannst du den ausschalten und die Logindaten in der App bleiben gespeichert.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
