MR401 Für National Geographic Sender ist die falsche Zubuch-Option verknüpft

Hallo Telekom,

National Geographic und National Geographic Wild sind nicht mehr in meinem Sky Entertain Paket enthalten. Es wird der Hinweis laut Bild 1 angezeigt. Nach Auswahl von weitere Infos wird die Buchungsseite für WOW Serien und WOW Filme & Serien angezeigt (Bild 2).  

Da es sich bei WOW aber ebenfalls um ein Sky Angebot handelt, sind die beiden National Geographic Sender dort auch nicht enthalten. 

Es müsste auf Big TV verwiesen werden.

    Nö muss nicht, man kann es ja auch hier sehen. Und davon mal abgesehen hat die TK keinen Einfluss auf das was Sky als Broadcaster dort über den Sender schickt.

    Der Hinweis auf WOW ist aber auch nicht richtig, da der Sender dort nicht enthalten ist.

    Du bist auf dem (ehemaligen) Sky Sendeplatz. Glaube der nennt sich dann sogar "National Geographic (Sky)"

    Gehe mal auf Sendeplatz 253, das ist der Telekom-eigene Sendeplatz und dürfte dann auf das BigTV Paket verweisen.

    Guter Hinweis! Das stimmt, beim weiteren Sendeplatz wird auf BigTV verwiesen.

    Ich bin anscheinend zu alt für den ganzen Kram und würde es mir unkomplizierter wünschen.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
