Wie finde ich heraus, welches MagentaTV ich nutze?

MR 401 heruntergefahren als Zweitgerät, startet eigenständig

Ich habe 2 MR 401 Geräte im Einsatz, eins als Hauptgerät und eines als "passives" Zweitgerät. 

Das passive Zweitgerät ist im Stromsparmodus "Heruntergefahren". Nach ca. 2 Stunden fängt der rot leuchtende Einschaltknopf in langsamer Frequenz an zu pulsieren. Nach weiteren ca. 5 Minuten ist der MR 401 dann komplett wieder eingeschaltet. 

Ist hier eine Einstellung falsch? Oder wie bleibt das Gerät dauerhaft "Heruntergefahren"?

    Das Problem ist zwar schon einige Zeit her, wollte aber jetzt doch die Lösung beschreiben.

    1. Das Tauschen der beiden Receiver hat nichts gebracht, der Slave-Receiver hat sich trotzdem wieder eigenständig eingeschaltet.

    2. Alle Updates auf den Geräten durchgeführt, ohne Ergebnisverbesserung.

    3. Ticket bei Telekom aufgemacht und Problem nochmal geschildert. Nach einiger Diskussion hat sich Techniker bereiterklärt beide Geräte gegen neue zu tauschen. Das war dann die Lösung, seit dem funktioniert es einwandfrei. Sprich der Zweitreceiver schaltet sich nicht mehr eigenständig aus dem Standby ein. 

    Da neuer und alter Receiver die gleichen Softwarestände hatten, muss sich wohl intern im Gerät (Hardware oder Firmware) etwas geändert haben.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
