MR 401 bleibt immer bei 10% stehen

Auf einmal startet der reciever nicht mehr durch. Er bleibt bei 10% stehen. Internetverbindung ist okay. Alle anderen Geräte funktionieren. Gibt's dafür vielleicht eine Problemlösung? Neustart wurde gemacht, Stecker gezogen... und das bestimmt schon 10 mal.
