Hallo zusammen, 

 

ich habe mir gestern das Magenta TV Plus gebucht komme aber leider über kein Gerät weiter.

 

Beim Login erscheint die ganze Zeit der Fehler : 

Login fehlgeschlagen. Bitte versuchen Sie es noch einmal.
 
Habe es über die App übers TV und PC versucht überall das selbe Problem.
 
Laut Kundencenter ist Magenta TV Aktiv
