Hallo,

wir nutzen Daheim für 2x Fernseher MagentaTV 1. Generation (App), die Aufnahmen (aus dem Cloud-Speicher) sind nur auf einem Fernseher abspielbar. Auf dem anderem Fernseher erscheint folgende Meldung:

"[4001] Das hat leider nicht funktioniert. Bitte versuche es noch einmal. [9] 46C052309427C1FFC837A82341BF1670"

Wie kann das Problem behoben werden?
