Magenta TV verlangt Buchung trotz bestehenden Vertrags

Hallo,

ich habe keinen Telekom-Festnetzanschluß aber Magenta TV Smart seit 07.06.22 gebucht.

Anfänglich funktionierte es noch. Jetzt wollte ich mich auch auf meinem iPad mit der

Magenta TV App anmelden. Der Login funktioniert, aber ich soll dann ein Paket buchen,

obwohl ich doch schon Magenta TV Smart gebucht habe.
Irgendjemand eine Lösung?
