How do I find out which MagentaTV version I have?

Magenta TV One -Unterschiedliche Oberfläche bei TV - Laptop - Tablett - Smartphone

Ich habe seit 2 Monaten Magenta TV one auf TV und auf Laptop, Tablett und Smartphone (Internet auch über Telekom) heruntergeladen. Jetzt habe ich festgestellt, dass auf den verschiedenen Geräten unterschiedliche Oberfächen sind. Wenn ich bei Magenta auf Start gehe fehlen mir folgende Links:

Tablett und Smartphone: Meins, Apps und Mediathek

Beim TV sind diese 3 Links  vorhanden.

Außerdem finde ich bei keinem Gerät einen Hinweis auf den Teletext.

Was mache ich falsch und wer kann mir helfen?

    @Sandwueste Teletext gibt es nicht mehr (noch) 

     

    Das was du willst gibt es nur bei der ONE und Stick. Alle anderen Geräte musst separat die jeweilige App laden

    Bei vielen Programmen gibt es den Teletext nur noch über die WEB-Page

    Hallo @Sandwueste,

     

    hast du die App schon einmal gelöscht und manuell neu geladen und nutzt du MagentaTV hier in Verbindung mit einem Anschluss bei uns oder nur rein das TV?

    Du machst da gar nichts falsch. Die Oberflächen für MagentaTV unterscheiden sich auf verschiedenen Geräten – unter anderem deswegen, weil die App auf einigen Geräten gleichzeitig die Bedienoberfläche ("Launcher") ist, auf anderen wiederum nur eine App unter vielen.

    Danke, aber das heißt doch, dass ich Magenta TV auf Smartphone und Tablett nur eingeschränkt benutzen kann. z.B. eigene Aufnahmen  und die Mediathekauf den beiden Geräten nicht ansehen kann.

    Hallo Julia, nach einem "Neu Laden" und einigem Suchen habe ich jetzt alles gefunden. Damit kann ich dieses Treat schließen und Bedanke mich auch bei allen anderen für ihre Beiträge. Bei Magenta TV+ bzw. der Mediathek habe ich noch Fragen, mache aber hierfür ein neues Fenster auf.
