Magenta tv one und app störung

Hallo

 

Habe störung . Die Magenta tv one und auch die Magenta tv app laufen nicht mehr. Kommt immer Fehler. Tv one sagt das ich offline bin die app suf handy und Co sagen code 502. Die MR 401 läuft perfekt. Was ist da los. Sowas darf aber nicht passieren. Um schnelle Antwort und Hilfe wäre ich sehr dankbar

      Hallo

       

      Die Störungen war nach einer halben Stunde wieder weg. Vielleicht update? Keine Ahnung was da war. Teste die Box gerade. So ist die nicht schlecht. Aber der receiver MR401 ist stabiler und besser aber nur zu lahm.
