Magenta TV one bleibt beim Fernsehprogramm laufend hängen

Hallo zusammen

Ich habe jetzt seit 4 Wochen die Magenta TV One Box ,

das teil bleibt während dem Fernsehprogramm am Abend mindestens 5 mal hängen.

Mediathek und aufnahmen funktionieren.

Sky , Amazon Prime Netflix alles funktioniert nur die TV One Box nicht.

So kann man nicht Fernseh schauen.

Hat da jemand ein Lösungsansatz ?
