Ausgangslage:

alter TV Entertain Tarif, separat gebuchte Abo ´s für Disney und Netflix

TV Box One

Neu:

Magenta Mega Stream 2.0 incl Standard Abo für Disney/Netflix und RTL+

Zum Termin kam für Netflix und RTL+ eine System Mail mit der Möglichkeit einen entsprechenden Account anzulegen

Im Kundenportal werden die 3 Dienste korrekt angezeigt

Problem:

Netflix ist noch der alte Account in der App hinterlegt, wie bzw wo kann man diesen ändern?

Disney gleiches Problem

Wie kann ich die Accounts in der TV One Box ändern?
