Magenta TV 2.0 / RTL+ funktioniert nicht mehr

Hallo zusammen,

 

Ich bin schon etwas Magenta TV-Kunde (Smart), habe die Magenta TV One Box und seit neustem nun auch die Version 2.0 der Software.

Seitdem geht RTL+ nicht mehr....die App versucht zu starten, das RTL Logo+Sound dazu erscheint, dann sieht man kurz das Hauptmenü aufblinken und danach direkt wieder zurück bei Magenta ins Hauptmenü, keine Fehlermeldung, neuste Software, Neustart etc bringt alles nichts...

Jemand eine Idee #community oder #telekom?!
