Hallo! Wechselte vor einigen Monaten von sky zu MagentaTV mit MagentaStick. Die Funktion Timeshift funktioniert, bricht dann aber mittendrin ab - es kommt zum Standbild. Folge: entweder ein Neustart erforderlich oder es springt wieder im Livebild an / bei beiden Ergebnisse ist natürlich der eigentliche Sinn dahin. Leider passiert dies sehr oft, was echt ärgerlich ist, 

Danke schon mal für jede Hilfe - ich soll doch sky nicht vermissen müssen, oder?

    Hallo @Katja M. 

     

    entschuldige die Verzögerung. Ich habe die Daten aktualisiert. Das Problem besteht weiterhin. 

    Es war durch die Werkseinstellungen kurz besser, aktuell (nach 2 Wochen ca.) bricht es direkt ab sobald man irgendeine Taste auf der Fernbedienung des Magenta-TV-Sticks drückt.

    Hallo @JB0608 danke für das Hinterlegen der Daten. Da ich dazu noch ein paar weitere Infos benötige, habe ich gerade versucht Dich telefonisch zu erreichen, hatte aber kein Glück.

     

    Unter den hinterlegten Daten finde ich keinen Festnetzanschluss, daher gehe ich davon aus, dass Du die MagentaTV Sticks anschlussunabhängig nutzt, korrekt? Die im Profil angegebene Kundennummer ist nicht vollständig, daher bitte noch mal abgleichen und korrigieren, damit wir auf die Vertragsdaten zugreifen können.

     

    Du nutzt 2 MagentaTV Sticks und das Verhalten tritt nur bei einem auf? Hattest du diese untereinander mal getauscht? Welcher Router ist im Einsatz und hast du den Stick mit dem 2,4 oder 5 GHz verbunden? 

     

    Verhalten ist weiterhin, dass Timeshift nicht korrekt funktioniert, oder?

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
