Hallo,

wir haben seit dem Abbruch mit MagentaTV (2016-Kann nicht gestriemt werden, ohne Störung) das IP-TV über Apple TV eingerichtet (Fernseher ist nur Monitor), und nutzen so die Fernsehsender Vielfalt. Einzige Störung, die immer anliegt, ist ZDF Live,  da das Bild/Ton einfriert und irgendwann plötzlich weiter geht, dann wieder einfriert usw.

Einzig Möglichkeit zu nutzen ist, wenn man später (Zeitversetzt) das Live ZDF startet, dann läuft es flüssig!

 

Alle anderen Anbieter funktionieren, einschließlich der bezahlten Streamingdienste.

 

Hat jemand auch diese Aussetzer oder Erfahrungen gemacht und eine Lösung?

    Du meinst Ihr habt MagentaTV (1.0) über ein Apple-TV-Gerät? Welches genau, welche Version von tvOS?

    Ich verstehe nicht, was du meinst. Im Betreff steht „Livestream in der ZDF-Mediathek“. Warum nicht einfach ZDF übers Live-TV der MagentaTV-App?

    Ich verstehe schon wieder nicht: TV ist entweder live oder zeitversetzt. Und sprichst du von der Mediathek oder von MagentaTV?

    Hallo, so wie beschrieben, bis 10.2016 der Versuch Magenta TV über die Telekom Magenta Entertain Box zu nutzen, was nicht funktioniert hat (Vertrag wurde uns von der Telekom per sofort gekündigt); dann auf Apple TV umgestiegen und die APP ZDF genutzt, verhalten bleibt bis heute so live ZDF nicht möglich; zeitversetzt ja, möchte man 20:15 Uhr gerne Fernsehen, muss man ca. 5 Min. später auf das live Programm gehen um Fernzusehen.

     

    Meistens schauen wir dann eher Mediathek, ...

     

    Daher meine Frage hier, was könnte die Ursache sein für das Verhalten.

    Aber es schaut so aus, dass es keine Antwort auf die Frage gibt!

    verstehe ich richtig, dass du über uns keinen TV-Tarif nutzt und nun über Apple TV Fernsehen schaust?
