Kündigung Mietgerät Mediareceiver 201

Hallo zusammen,

eine Frage zur Kündigung Mietgerät Mediareceiver 201.

Wenn ich über das Kundencenter eine Rücksendung (auch Kündigung?) einstelle, erhalte ich folgende Information vorab:


"Das von Ihnen gemietete Gerät können Sie auch umweltgerecht selber entsorgen – zum Beispiel in einem Wertstoffhof.
Damit das ausgewählte Gerät aus der Telekom Rechnung entfernt wird, wählen Sie den Button "Selbstentsorgung".
Bitte denken Sie daran: Eine weitere Nutzung, ein Verkauf oder eine sonstige Verwertung des Geräts ist nicht gestattet. Die Telekom Deutschland GmbH bleibt bis zur endgültigen Entsorgung Eigentümer des Geräts."

 

Wie ist sichergestellt, das der Vertrag auch gekündigt und keine weiteren Entgelte in Rechnung gestellt werden? Bei der Auswahl Retoure ist das klar. Das Gerät sende ich an die Telekom und gut.

 

Ich würde hier dann tatsächlich die Selbstentsorgung bevorzugen.

    Hallo @OL_1973,

     

    Dein Gerät scheint ziemlich alt zu sein und muss deshalb nicht mehr zwingend zurückgesendet werden. Wenn Du die Selbstentstorgung bevorzugst, kannst Du diese einfach auswählen. Üblicherweise wird das Endgerät danach direkt gekündigt und Du musst nichts mehr bezahlen. Im Normalfall wird auch kein Nachweis o. ä. von Dir gefordert.

     

    Kurz gesagt, musst Du danach also nichts mehr machen und das EG ist gekündigt.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
