Ich kann Disney+ Option nicht löschen

Hallo,

in meinen Vertragsdetails Festnetz ist die Disney+ Option zwar gelistet, aber in Meine Extras "Extras verwalten"findet sich keine Unterhaltung, TV-Extras. also auch nicht die Disney+ Optin darunter. Wie soll ich die jetzt kündigen?
