Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator

Momentan wird im Live TV noch kein Dolby Digital 2.0 und 5.1 über die One und auch nicht über den Stick ausgestrahlt.
Vom Satelliten bekomme ich sauber dd5.1.
Warum tut man sich das an und geht vom besten Empangsweg weg?
Ich versteh das nicht.

Ich bin nicht vom besten Empfang weggegangen, sondern benutze weiterhin SAT Fernsehen. Mir wurde Magenta One
angeboten für Null Tarif, weil ich Festnetz und Mobile von Telekom habe. Dachte für Null Tarif kannst es mal ausprobieren.
Aber wenn ich keinen richtigen Sound auf die Soundbar bekomme, ist das für mich kein Mehrwert und benutze weiterhin SAT
Fernsehen.

Prüf bitte mal deine Auftragsbestätigung, ich bezweifle dass du das wirklich zum Nulltarif bekommst.

Keine Ahnung, aber wie es aussieht wohl nicht.
Einschränkungen:
• MagentaTV Fernsehen ist noch nicht in Dolby Digital 5.1 verfügbar

Habe Magenta tv one und bekomme kein dolby 5.1 auf meiner Soundbar.
Beim Live-TV gibt es OTT aktuell nur Stereoton.

Nur weil jemand erwähnt hat dass es bei Live-TV über OTT nur Stereo gibt heißt das doch nicht dass bei DD 5.1 nur 2 Kanäle übertragen werden.

Ich halte ja vieles in dem Bereich für verzichtbar - so zum Beispiel Videos mit mehr als HD - wie 4k, 8k, ...
Die Verbesserung mag bei exakter Betrachtung zwar sichtbar sein, aber selten beim normalen Konsum auffallen
Wer aber den Unterschied zwischen Stereo und Raumklang nicht hört, sollte zum Hörgeräteakustiker 😂
wer Frequenzen ab einer bestimmten Höhe nicht im Raum verorten kann, hat eindeutig ein Problem.
Mal egal wie das Verfahren nun heißt
