EPG in der App geht nicht mehr. Alle Berechtigungen sind freigeschaltet. sind

Bitte um Hilfe. In der App auf meinem Samsung  Galaxy  A53 5G Android 12 kommt kein EPG mehr. Alle Berechtigungen sind freigeschaltet.  Habe die App auch neu installiert.  Kein Erfolg.  Bitte um Hilfe.
