Entertain Plus - MRxx1 - Videotext unbenutzbar

Ich weiss dass es einen anderen Post zu diesem leidigen Thema gibt. Aber dieser driftet inzwischen zu “wer ist verantwortlich“ ab.

Deshalb hier nochmals neu: es ist mit den MR401 und MR201 unmöglich den Videotext normal zu benutzen.

- Es erscheinen bunte Schmierzeichen auf den Seiten

- Es bleiben Zeilen der vorherigen auf der nächsten stehen

- Es ist nicht möglich die Unterseiten gezielt aufzurufen

- Die Farbtasten sind ohne Funktion

- Alle Updates sind gemacht

Die Telekom vertröstet inzwischen seit 8 Monaten damit dass es am Zulieferer liegt. Dieser wurde angeblich schon mehrfach angemahnt = passiert ist bisher nichts - abgesehen von einem Update der Oberfläche die niemand braucht um den Videotext zu benutzen.

 

Vielleicht schafft's der “Rosa Riese“ bevor sich das Ganze jährt eine Lösung zu präsentieren.

    Hallo @Pension.Franken,

    im Videotext der öffentlich-rechtlichen Sender kommt es teilweise zu Überlagerung von Seiten. Wie Sie schreiben ist der Fehler bekannt. An einer Lösung wird gearbeitet.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
