Hallo Telekom Community, leider stürzt bei mir immer wieder während des Films Magenta TV ab. Und dies manchmal alle halbe Stunde.

Kann es an der niedrigen Downloadrate (63679 kbit/s) liegen? Welche Ursachen wären sonst noch möglich?
